Precision Cast Iron T-Slot Surface Plate
T-groove plate material: high strength cast iron ht200-300, working face hardness hb170-240, after two manual treatment (artificial annealing 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product has stable precision and good wear resistance. Precision: according to the national standard metrological verification regulation, it is 0,1,2,3.
Specification of T-groove flat plate: 1000 × 1000-2000 × 4000 (this product is manufactured and processed according to customer's drawings or agreed by both parties, and can be produced according to the size and weight required by users)
These plates are available in a wide range of sizes up to 3m wide and 10m long in a one-piece design.Unlimited size when used in combination.Othe thickness can also be provided on speical order.
Also available:entry holes,drain troughs,positioning holes,keyways,scribe lines and so on.
